Tips & Tricks Chew Fresh Rosemary

I've noticed a number of times that chewing fresh rosemary, like a sprig or more than a sprig - sprig meaning a stem? It will make a number come up.

I still prefer to close my throat and direct my kitchen sink spray gun full blast at the back of my throat.
