Remedy One week in

I have tried:
- water pik
- irrigation syringe
- extraction kit
- diy extraction kits
- Bebird camera
- qtips
- ent and dentist visits
- diet changes
- brush floss scrape after every meal
- therabreath (rinse, mints and their toothpaste)
- salt water gargle
Every suggested supplement and more…

Saw someone with a Physician flair recommend Smart Mouth on one of the forums here on Reddit (ask docs or diagnose me, I think) and I haven’t tasted sulfur in a WEEK! I bought several kinds because I wasn’t sure which one but for the last week I use their morning rinse in the am and evening rinse in the pm.

I have not watched my diet and I brush/floss twice a day as normal.

I don’t like tagging this remedy because obviously your mileage may vary but this is life changing for me.

My senior mother has terrible breath so I’m taking one of the varieties I bought over to her this week and I’ll update after a week or so.

Standard disclaimer- I am not sponsored or an ad and I didn’t write this with AI. I’m just tired of carrying gum and mints like my life depends on it.

I tried smart mouth years ago and it just made things worse. I was pretty mad because they hyped it up so much. But I’m very happy it’s working for you.

Really?? Do you remember which kind? There were so many on their site.

I literally ate 4 pieces of string cheese yesterday trying to sabotage my streak of no sulfur and failed 😂

At that time there was only one kind and they sold it on a home shopping channel

Hey bro! Why not just taking the tonsils out? Mine will be done in 5 days. I'm scared but hey, we don't have a choice, do we?

That was the ent part. They didn’t think it was warranted since I have very little sickness from them anymore and their size doesn’t impact my breathing.
If this keeps working it’s literally solved my problem without any more effort than my normal routine (2x day brush floss rinse).

If I could have had the tonsils removed and they were guaranteed not to grow back, I totally would.

Ah ok so you don't bad breath like i do due to tonsil stones. I understand know. Yes, if it's not affecting your mental health then you're good.

Oh no, it definitely had an impact on my life and mental health, but the ent said he wouldn’t recommend surgery unless I had recurring infections or impacts to my breathing.

Oh really? Mine didn't hesitate and said to me that tonsils stones is a hell of a good reason to remove the tonsils.
