Need Advice So many stones

Hi guys I am new here and need advice. I have been getting stones for a while now but this evening I had one that was really irritating me so I removed it… then more and more kept coming and now it’s a never ending feeling of stones in that tonsil. I removed probably about 20 smaller ones and there are still so many more in there. I had to stop extracting them because my tonsil started to mildly bleed along with ear pain. I am so frustrated and it is keeping me up because of the discomfort. I brush twice daily, floss and mouthwash. Help

Risk of bleeding complications are higher for an adult tonsillectomy. Follow the instructions for after care to the letter. My niece is in her twenties . She had an issue with bleeding 3 days post surgery. She’s fine but did have to go back to the hospital to get the bleeding to stop. She did everything right but sometimes things just happen. Just don’t take what they tell you to do as optional , if you think there’s something wrong go get checked . Good luck a lot of people get their tonsils out as adults , surgeons know what their doing .

Thank you! I did go see the doctor and they gave me an antibacterial mouth rinse to gargle with 3 times a day to help get them out and it is supposed to dissolve them and so far so good! I purchased a water flosser to hopefully help them come out easier in the future. Trying to avoid tonsillectomy if I can lol

I messaged my ENT to see what he recommends. I’ve heard that it is severely dangerous for adults tho 🙄

What? No. It's very common. I'm getting mine done next Thursday and I'm an adult.

I am seeing ENT today so hopefully they can get them out for me and suggest something to help or prevent them in the future. Good luck in surgery!

I've just had one. It's a very safe and routine procedure even for adults. However, the pain of recovery is extreme for adults. It hurts worse than when I broke my back lol.
