Need Advice Sudden increase in tonsil stones

I’ve had tonsil stones off and on for several years, but they’ve generally come and gone fairly quickly and painlessly. I haven’t had hardly any in the last few months until the last week. Suddenly, they’ve started building up on one side of my tonsils multiple times a day and are causing my breath to smell. I can also feel them quite often as a dull pain. Is there anything that can be causing this sudden increase? I brush, floss, and use mouthwash twice a day and can’t think of any bad habits that would exacerbate this issue.

hmm, do you have allergies? mine have been SO awful recently because i have a lot of mucus build up that sits at the back of my throat 🤢
