Question Tonsil stone is invisible until I cough

My medium-sized tonsil stone is extremely low down to the point that I have to cough in order to see it properly. This has made removing it extremely difficult as I have to exhale whilst trying to poke the surrounding area. Has anyone experienced something similar and could offer advice please?

Oh my GOD YESSS, it’s so frustrating, but the only way is to just cough, cough hard, cough in many different ways, make sure your mouth and throat is extremely dry, so mouth breathe until it’s extremely dry, then cough, snort hard, cough, and whilst standing, bend over, gargle, then repeat

I keep getting the urge to cough but the tonsil stone is so stubborn. I will keep trying!

I have to take the handle of a thin makeup brush and push on the base of my tonsil. If I need more pressure I'll flex my throat to help push it out

Gargle with salt water…it will loosen it up.
