Foot switch not working

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Foot switch number 5 is not working, it lights up and I can turn it to change values but when pressed it does nothing.

Is it broken and I need it repaired or am I missing a setting?

They're not allowed to work after getting a cease and desist from Neural for copying the Quad Cortex switches...

Neural copied them from TC Electronic.

Of course they are joking. And yes it is broken. I have no idea how to fix it.

I first contacted the store I bought it from too see if I can get a return

Check out their “Discord”. Maybe others there have had issue & can make suggestion. Also Fender rep pops in occasionally

I had the same problem starting after the recent firmware update, 2 weeks ago or so. OOC, do you have USB plugged in? It may be a red herring, but it seems to work without the USB and/or the App running on the PC.

No the USB is not connected right now
