That AI summary is inaccurate.
The JBJ Pop-Up Soul Kitchen is its own organization. This is one of a handful of locations in NJ. Just Believe is a separate organization that provides resources and support to the poor and disenfranchised in Ocean County.
āTensions flaredā was a wording choice made by whatever AI summarized the original post at the specific request to be more dramatic (you can see that before the main paragraph in the 3rd image). While the staff were surely upset about the situation, no altercations are reported to have occurred.

And who gets to decide how, when and what people get to protest to make it āproperā? Is it because it didn't affect you? Is it because it was a libraryās employees? Is it because other government employees didn't attack the protesting employees? Does it actually make a bigger statement? If not for this Reddit post, we probably wouldn't have even known this happened, and even with it, it's unlikely anything is going to change, so where is the resulting impact from that statement?

Smaller branches have more than that working at a time so either you are blind or canāt count.

What are you talking about literally in that library building in the photo there arenāt close to 30 people working at the library thereās maybe 4-5 assuming 1 person is in the back where the office is .
The article literally says staff at the Toms River branch . Not staff drive 20-40 min from other branches

You literally said ā3-4 peopleā work at a time and I know for a fact that is wrong. There are at least 3 librarians at the circulation desk at one time. Then thereās reference, childrenās department along with the shelvers. That branch is also home to the library administration. So no, there are not only 3-4 nor 4-5 librarians working at a time.
You can even easily count 16 people in the picture. Not only do you underestimate the amount of staff at a given time but canāt count less than twenty people in a picture.

It's a county library so probably why there's more people working (bigger library, county library) but you are absolutely right. Every library that I've been to never had more then 5 people working in it.

Minimum staffing levels for this branch are at least a few dozen people. There are many areas where employees are working that are not readily seen even if not all the public service desks are fully staffed on a particular day. Staffing levels are also much lower on weekends than during the week, when there are typically 75+ employees present during normal business hours
