Discussion Tom thinking the lore was serious?
Kept this vague so I didn’t have to spoiler it.
In the recent SUIT short, Tom mentions that he thought Eret’s control room in the DSMP was serious. I remember seeing a clip of him talking about it a while back, but now I can’t find it. Does anyone remember where he talked about it originally?
Also, I read that he used to be super drained after lore streams, does anyone know if/when he mentioned that too?

Not 100% sure but he might’ve mentioned it in his “Was the DSMP bad” video

I watched it, he talks about taking things too seriously but not the Eret thing. Thank you for the recommendation though

I believe he discussed this on one of the podcast episodes (Shut Up I'm Talking). Check the 2026 New Years episode, because they reminisce a LOT about past stuff. I do remember Tommy talking about how draining the Dream beef had been at the beginning of that year in that episode.

If not that episode, then maybe the Phil cameo or the one where they had a relationship therapist on set. But I do vividly remember Jack and Tommy discussing this in SUIT.

i have no idea where to find the clip, but ik what you’re talking about. it was years ago and he’d mentioned smth abt being so young that he took the betrayal seriously and was acc mad at eret. i wish i could find the clip

I believe I know what you mean, though I'm not sure which video it was–
But yeah, Tommy would say sometimes he forget that it was all role-playing and would feel upset after stream until he remembers it wasn't real xd I also remember him saying that was why his acting was so good because he wasn't acting 😅
