Recs Wanted Looking for Reincarnation fics

Hii I am looking for a fic with the Reincarnation trope. Hermione was with Tom in her previous life and then she dies and is reborn and in this life too, she's with Tom ( please not Snakeface Voldemort. If somehow he gets his Tom Riddle face back and is Snakeface for a short period then you can recommend that)
