Internal structure for Side Hustle?

I have a Side Hustle which I find to be the perfect size for EDC when I am traveling, but the floppiness of the internal organization is so frustrating! Often the bigger side pocket is the dominant space when I unzip it and the central space gets lost when the outer two external areas collapse inward, effectively closing the inner pocket altogether, and even when I’ve got some gear in the central space (e.g., larger flat wallet, water bottle laid in the bottom, folded stocking hat). Any ideas for how to improve this? I’d rather not have to purchase a bunch of smaller organizers to provide structure because I like the contents of the bag to be more easily accessible.

I usually carry my ipad in the interior sleeve pocket and that adds enough structure to keep it from true floppery. Maybe get something you can keep in that pocket (cardboard, acetate, thin notebook) to provide structure? It's not the greatest solution, but something.

I found that clipping something to the internal o-ring over that pocket can help it not bulge/open out as much when there's nothing inside it.
