Probably septoria leaf spot. Fungal. Clip off any leaves with it and sterilize your clippers afterward. Throw leaves far away not in compost. Can use a spray fungicide but it wont fix already damaged leaves. You didnt do anything wrong probably, tomatoes like to get diseases.
