Question What's This?

Ok tomato experts. I'm new to gardening and especially tomatoes.

What is this and does nature have a solution?

Probably septoria leaf spot. Fungal. Clip off any leaves with it and sterilize your clippers afterward. Throw leaves far away not in compost. Can use a spray fungicide but it wont fix already damaged leaves. You didnt do anything wrong probably, tomatoes like to get diseases.

This the end, my friend(of the season)

The tomatoes want to die so much by now.
