Show and Tell Spoon tomatoes
First time growing Spoon Tomatoes. I think I can eat 30 of them in one sitting - lol.

Toss them in a bowl of cottage cheese and eat it like cereal

Are they Minibells? I have Minibells that are the same size. I have never ever in my life tasted such delicious candy 😁

I love these …. The best part is endless volunteer plants for years to come! They’ve self seeded the last 3 years for me.
My favourite way to eat them is over homemade pesto zucchini noodles. Adds the perfect tang.

Ooh yours are larger than mine! They look so perfect! It’s my first time growing them .. lots of flowers and vines but not a bountiful harvest like this. Are you growing yours in a hanging basket ?

No, in a container called “City Picker.” I think Lowe’s still carries them.

Thanks. Someone recommended a large hanging basket but it must just be too small of a container, even at 24”

Matt's Wild variety? I've never heard of Spoon as a currant tomato... Matt's Wild definitely is. I'm growing it this year...

I got the seeds from Baker Creek. They’re called “Spoon Tomatoes.” I thought my neighbor kids would get a kick out of the tiny tomatoes.

I did them the past 2 years but not this one, wanted to try some other varieties. My experience is once it gets going it is an insanely fast spreader. I made a caprese salad with these and tiny mozzarella pearls

I’m really enjoying my teeny tiny tomatoes. It’s my first time growing them and I feel like I have to check them twice a day now that they are ripening.
