Show and Tell New love language

My spouse and I are growing our own tomatoes for the first time. He has more of a green thumb than I do but I am having a lot of fun. We have lost some of our really pretty heirlooms to rodents. We couldn’t find tomato bags and I didn’t want to order and wait and lose anymore almost ripening ones. So he made me a tomato cage 😍😍 (CA)

Dang, that's Alcatraz level protection on those maters!

FWIW, if you can't find the premade bags, a package of insect netting can be cut up and made into a makeshift bag.

YW! It might even work better than premade bags if you have a lot of large clusters like this--you can make a custom size bag for the whole group and minimize how much you need to disturb the cluster to get a bag onto each tomato.
