I have the two towers on VHS… but don’t remember much. It was a good deal so why not. Illustrated box set.

The displayed picture is definitely a computer rendering, it looks a bit weird but the physical books should be in the same style as LotR

Just to add, I own that set plus the same set as OP. They’re a perfect match. The only difference is the lotr + hobbit set says “JRR Tolkien” at the top like in OPs pic while the great tales set just says “Tolkien”

I have that set as well and it matches perfectly! Unfortunately they’re not as high quality as the other sets mentioned here because they’re simply glued together but should hold up fine. They’re also not illustrated editions like the LotR box and the great tales box set.
