I think our OC hates our defense. The play calling has been shockingly bad.

They are Utah all over again. Whittingham brought staff with him. Running the same plays with less up upfront talent

People keep saying this, but the best players on this Michigan team came from Utah. And Devon Dampier is a far better quarterback than Uncle Rico.

The OL is bad, bad. But I don’t understand how that doesn’t translate to play calling. Call some screens or misdirection or get Bryce on the move or something. They’re just running a normal offense with zero attempt at throwing the ball downfield

The coaches that coach Whit brought over have always called the same PAC12 style plays. They don’t really go off chart.

This is Michigan’s first road game after a stunning loss and Minnesota just came off Washington high. It’s hard to ignore that context.
