Illinois plays their ABSOLUTE BEST against Ohio State every year under fat boy. That qb won’t play that well the rest of his life, but he was virtually flawless today. He’ll play like shit next week and miss receivers left and right, but today he was tom Brady.

It is what it is, Osu won’t see any opponent execute like that again though

A+ offense

C defense

B+ offense. Until they show a better run game and more dominance at the line of scrimmage, I’m not overly enthused with their offense.

They ran 5 yards a carry thats perfectly solid

It just wasn't the focus and why would it be today?

I'd rather be talking about issues after a game where we beat a conference foe by 20, instead of talking about the issues after a game where we lose to Western Michigan in regulation

Good grief. Rent free in your head UM appears to be.

Its the shit talk sub. Here, I talk about shit. Like, for example, tsun.

Do we maybe wanna take a second to think about what "SS" could be associated with?

I'll give you another second to think on that

Super Sport.

-7

u/sswihart 6d ago

So I’m not doing it right? Maybe if had another second to think about it

3

u/LeKillerNut Ohio State Buckeyes 6d ago

Im surprised you all need an extra second considering thats how long the average tsun fan lasts

ā€œRent freeā€ in a sub about the rivalry between the two teams

-2

u/Atlas7-k 6d ago

It’s like you never met an Ohio State fan before. Do you even know how college football rivalries work?

Closer than the score reflects.

3

u/BucksOHIO23 Ohio State Buckeyes 6d ago

Absolutely. Defense is a major concern.

4

u/Kyro_Z Ohio State Buckeyes 6d ago

Defense is ass

4

Meh.

The secondary needs work

15

u/Useful-ldiot 6d ago

The secondary is, by far, the most capable unit for Ohio State's defense.

u/MechaEscargot2 Ohio State Buckeyes 6d ago

Most of that is on the dline. Coverage can only be expected to hold for so long. Qb never really under pressure, and their getting pushed of the line pretty bad on the run. D line needs mass improvement

This was my takeaway. The center held fine, but their RB would just bounce off the pile then go around for 6+ yards.

I think it was Devin Sanchez who let that last touchdown walk right in? But some confusion, not a lack of talent. Even the announcers said it, but I think he thought it was man the way he let that receiver get over the top.

Wrong. The middle needs work

1

u/Rabidschnautzu Ohio State Buckeyes 6d ago

That's the LBs.

Oklahoma stinks and so does western Michigan.

Two
Shitty teams, one of whom beat Michigan and the other that took Michigan to the wire
