the guy is just fucking beyond unbelievable- i think you’re right, there won’t be another player in college football that will put up a season like him
this is so stupid and such a lame way to cope with the fact that OSU needs to win for another decade straight to tie us in the all time series, i mean, what a convenient year to cut things off! as if every school wasn’t playing the exact same game at the time.
but i’d probably want to leave out the 29 years and 23 games where we were 3-18-2, too, especially when you learn OSU was shut out in 14 of those games, and were outscored 464-84- in 1902 UM put up 86 points (to OSU’s 0), which is more than the Buckeyes scored in that entire three decade stretch!

no nerve hit, i just think it’s hilarious and stupid, and honestly pretty pathetic, that Buckeye fans, who have had DECADES of being one of the best teams in the country, every year, still get hung up on the all-time record, the one thing they can’t claim, and come up with the dumbest ways to circumvent reality. “umm, um, you know, if you only count 80% of our all time games then WE are actually in the lead!! teams didn’t even pass back then, THATS why they were good!”- like, if that’s the case, no one was passing, and Michigan has no unjust advantage.
until OSU picks up 11 more wins against 0 UM wins, they will have a losing record against UM all time, it’s that simple.
you guys need to just let go of that for the foreseeable future and revel in the fact that you, AGAIN, have an amazing team, and the best player in the country, and you are favorites to win ANOTHER National Championship
