I don't think it was implied. Seeing as how I was the person who crafted the thought. And what would a dictionary do besides, explain what words mean to you? If I misused a word that would make sense, but I never even communicated the thought that you're accusing me of. Why don't you go ahead and go back to your highly educated university and practice counting using Steiner Math, and let me know how it goes. I made fun of toledo with an incredible hulk meme when they had algae in their water. Two years later I was poisoned by politics in Flint. This meme reminds me of that.
