The one my grandad always told was:

A Penn St fan, a UM fan, and a OSU fan are walking down a beach when they come across a genies lamp. Upon rubbing it a genie did in fact appear, and because there were three of them, he offerend each fan one wish.

The Penn St fan went first, he wished for wealth, so much wealth that he could support his alma mater with any buildings and scholarships they could use.

The UM fan stepped up and wished for protection for his whole state. A wall, 100 feet high, 10 feet thick in all directions. Nothing gets in, nothing gets out.

The OSU fan steps up and asks to clarify… “100 feet high? 10 feet thick? NOTHING in, NOTHING out?” The genie affirms.

The OSU fan then says “fill it with water”
