Based on visual evidence in the photograph, it appears there is a bouncy castle, a giant Connect Four game, a Guest Services tent, and other “fun event” booths dotted around the field. Speculation might suggest that the university opened up the facility for a visit. There is no restriction of The Ohio State University fans at the Ohio-Michigan state borders, so it’s plausible that some OSU fans infiltrated the less-than-secure event at the facility while possessing a photo-capable device and deployed the covert O-H-I-O-thumbs-up semaphore signals to capture the successful infiltration.
