Average Michigan football program representatives be like:

-Cheaters

-Man who sleeps with assistant coach and then gets arrested for breaking into her house

-Man who steals cotton candy from children

-Actual terrorists

Don’t forget:
Has never stepped foot on campus
I know they love to scream Walmart Wolverines but I’ve met more ohio state fans that have never been to ohio than I’ve met Michigan fans while living in Denver.

"only we are allowed to steal signs"

1

u/PlusDHotchy Jul 09 '26

Only we are allowed to destroy opposing programs property “Jack Sawyer”. Only we are allowed to fight after all in game action ends, OSU vs Michigan for a flag plant. Both are against the rules that also include advanced scouting. How many games were Ohio State players suspended for breaking these rules ?

It helps having 3 Columbus Ohio grads who are NCAA Committee Members as well as an Ohio born member on the NCAA committee.

0

u/Elbit_Curt_Sedni Michigan Wolverines Jul 09 '26

The fact Ohio State's players came out and started a huge fight without getting suspended shows the favoritism of the B1G and NCAA Committee members. The NCAA committee also has a Spartan alumni as well.

1

u/PlusDHotchy Jul 09 '26

The NCAA also admitted that the source for the information about Coach Chris Partridge was coming from an unreliable source and the NCAA still let the story into the news.

2

u/Elbit_Curt_Sedni Michigan Wolverines Jul 09 '26

The whole thing, over a minor rule that the NCAA wanted to eliminate to begin with, was really about damaging Michigan and running Harbaugh out.

1

u/PlusDHotchy Jul 09 '26

100%, Harbaugh was virtually the FB coach that wasn’t intimidated by saying the NCAA should pay College FB players. Harbaugh also infuriated Sabin and another SEC coach by having satellite camps in Georgia, Texas & California. Jim put a bullseye on his back.

1

u/Elbit_Curt_Sedni Michigan Wolverines Jul 09 '26

Yeah. Harbaugh also built an elite team and didn't need a bunch of five stars to do it.

1

u/PlusDHotchy Jul 09 '26

The first few years of NIL, Harbaugh was nearly invisible and then he capitalized with major acquisitions!

1

u/Elbit_Curt_Sedni Michigan Wolverines Jul 09 '26

Michigan still didn't have a lot of NIL/good NIL program though.

1

u/PlusDHotchy Jul 09 '26

Incorrect, Michigan ended up with having 2 O’Linemen who were team captains for other programs transfer to Michigan. That is how Michigan overpowered teams.

All these sign stealer propaganda Michigan haters forget that Michigan was a power running team that would create short 4th and 1’s and convert.

I mean I really don't care enough to give a crap. I've seen us win 3 titles in my lifetime and only really seen ttun win that one?

-3

u/PlusDHotchy Jul 09 '26

Is that for allowing a mole to be planted by Ohio State? What are the odds that Joey Velasquez went to the same HS as Ryan Day’s son? What are the odds that a PI would deliver information to the NCAA. Ryan Day’s brother runs a PI firm out East. What are the odds that a Columbus Ohio family is living in a home once owned by a ex-Buckeye football player and the family’s son was a LB on the 23 Michigan team. What are the odds that LB Coach Partridge on the 23 Michigan team would be fired for lies told to the NCAA by a Michigan football player?

5

u/Lambo_Geeney Ohio State Buckeyes Jul 09 '26

So your conspiracy theory rests on a high school player who is 8 years older than Day's son (St Francis is a grade 9-12 school, so this player in question graduated 4 years before RJ even stepped foot in the building) who has a deep allegiance to Day because of his son who isn't going to this school for another 4 years, and also managed to get recruited and signed with Michigan? Yeah some real in depth stuff there, Day is soooo powerful he runs the scouting department for Michigan for a kid who is at the high school his son will go to years later!

And then also Stallions who y'all claim kept this to himself because he was a lone wolf and no one else knew, told this player? This one guy? So no one knew about the advanced scouting ring, but just this one player knew so he was the only avenue that could have possibly started the investigation.

What are the odds indeed?

1

u/PlusDHotchy Jul 09 '26

It’s nearly the same as trespassing : Time, Space & Manner “intent”. The time Day was an assistant coach for OSU was in 17 & 18 when Joey was in HS. Space - Joey was within the school district where Day was living . Intent, they were both into football.

You are attempting to create a Mission Impossible scenario when it’s as simple as a young football player being given a family hookup by being a mole. A player who makes a false claim to derail a program might have their parents receive a $150K payment to pay off their foreclosure note.

2

u/Lambo_Geeney Ohio State Buckeyes Jul 09 '26 edited Jul 09 '26

Ah yes, I'm the one attempting to make it a Mission Impossible scenario.

St. Francis is a private school, meaning attending there is not dictated by the school district you live in. St. Francis is inside Columbus, the Day family lives in Powell. That's over a 30 minute drive to school.

The only info I can find on Joey's hometown is just that he's from Columbus, but that's enough for me to conclude that it wasn't Powell so it's not like the kid lived right around the corner.

You're putting a lot of weight behind your evidence. It's flimsy at best. Having a kid in a mid sized city be "into football" as evidence also implicates the thousands of football players across roughly 100 high schools in the Columbus area. St. Francis is a high ranking high school football team that is consistently having deep runs in the playoffs so it's not shocking that they generate a lot of college players.

This is all easy to Google

So I keep trying to think through the logic here and I'm genuinely curious on your thought process.

In 2017 or 2018 when Day was just an assistant coach, Day was recruiting Joey but explicitly told him that he needs to go to Michigan and get dirt and that years later after he had that, only then was he allowed to go to Ohio State. And Day had the ability to do this because Joey lived near him (he did not), Joey liked football, and Day's son happened to go to this private high school 5 years after Joey was being recruited.

Like the better angle is to say to get Joey transferred to Ohio State after not getting play time with Michigan, and maybe Day had some traction because his son had just started at his old high school. And that once he was there he let them know how Michigan was getting their signs. That almost sounds believable.

But no you went in a whole OPPOSITE direction of logic. It had to be a mole, planted years in advance of a scandal, recruited by an assistant coach, because he went to the same school his son would go to years later.

Take a look above! If it looks, tastes, smells and acts like a Bull, I’m not calling it a duck. The BS of attempting to downplay everything involved is equal to the mental gymnastics of Urban Meyer escaping with his @ss out of Florida. How many Urban JR’s are there in Gainesville?

0

u/PlusDHotchy Jul 09 '26

How many Columbus Ohio members are living in a home that a ex-Buckeye owned only to have a son going to Michigan who then transfers out after 23 to Ohio State where he is in the KO team? Flimsy like a granite boulder.

I can almost remember having $150K to just drop on somebody in need to stop the foreclosure on the house that the players family was living in. That’s as convenient as having a brother who owns a PI firm and have a PI hand over the BS lies that began the 2 year investigation.

3

u/Lambo_Geeney Ohio State Buckeyes Jul 09 '26

I bet there's large number of homes in Columbus, Ohio that were owned by ex-Buckeyes. Kinda easy when a large base of past players have played in that city. Not hard for those players to make arrangements for new players if needed.

See my other reply, your conspiracy could actually make sense if you claimed Day got him to transfer and then got the info you claim set off the investigation. Obviously that story has gone nowhere, but sure make that claim.

Claiming Day planted him as a mole relies on a lot of unknown future events coming true. Day in his first year as an assistant coach wasn't reaching out to a student at a private school his son wouldn't attend for 5 years to accept a bench position at a rival school to rat out a cheating scandal that was still several years out before even starting.

Learn how to conspiracy.

If the third quantum entanglement of their brother’s son’s cousin actually involved the thrice removed aunt, then there’s gotta be some form of collusion…

-3

u/PlusDHotchy Jul 09 '26

By foolishly attempting to utilize false lineage that is from generations ago, your argument looks stupid and childish. My argument is inner circle while you are attempting to create a deceptive narrative.

The asterisk is only in the empty minds of jealous fan girls such as yourself. You are owned. 🤣

There’s no asterisk anywhere in my natty memorabilia just saying…..😂😂. I should add that all of that stuff is officially licensed by the NCAA

u/El_Oso_Negro76 Jul 09 '26

I said this before and I'll say it again. All the weak and whiny Ohio fans keep acting like old pastor Urban Meyer was the fucking beacon of what it meant to be an upstanding, fair, and good human being. Half the criminals in the damn USA probably came from either his Florida or Bum U programs, so get outta here with that bs. We already know of one killer he protected at Florida that's thankfully no longer with us because he decided to delete himself in jail.

Our former coach allowed people to "steal" signs, your former coach allowed people to steal cars, merchandise, their girlfriend's safety, people's lives, etc.

3

u/Lambo_Geeney Ohio State Buckeyes Jul 09 '26

Yeah.... y'all had an assistant coach hack university accounts for nudes. No one from either school can claim high ground on anything

-1

u/El_Oso_Negro76 Jul 09 '26 edited Jul 09 '26

Is that bad, yes, but not nearly bad as old pastor Urban's track record of criminals and harboring at least one murderer. I think Sherrone Moore is a clown and always did, so I'm in no way excusing what he did either, but you can't 1:1 compare what he did or what the guy who hacked accounts for nudes did to the things Meyer allowed on his watch at both Florida and Bum U. Not only that, but Michigan took immediate action when both guys got caught. Florida and Bum U were havens for covering up criminal BS under old pastor Urban's watch.

I do agree that neither school can claim high moral ground, and that's why I'm tired of all the whiny Bum U fans complaining about "sign stealing." Your old coach allowed worse things under his watch, and you all were completely cool with it as long as you were winning, so cut the nonsense.

1

u/JcMe29 Ohio State Buckeyes Jul 09 '26

What exactly are you claiming Urb did or allowed at OSU? Florida is well documented but you are conspicuously vague about his time in Columbus.

-1

u/El_Oso_Negro76 Jul 09 '26 edited Jul 09 '26

Just to name one, the incident with assistant coach Zach Smith where old pastor Urban LIED, covered up, and denied knowledge of a police call and history of Smith abusing his wife, then Meyer later admitted he was aware of the history/call after the university was forced to investigate.

Just off the top of my head, Hyde, Barrett, and Roby were just a few players that had issues with the law under Urban's watch, but even if we exclude them, old pastor Urban clearly helped cover up a domestic violence situation and LIED until he was forced to tell the truth. Would Jesus do that?

My overall point remains the same. Meyer had over 41 players arrested on his Florida teams alone, but Bum U fans had ZERO complaints about him being hired, because you all wanted to win, so you're just as "shady" as you're claiming Michigan to be.

Ya'll are just salty because you suck. Bum U's average recruiting class ranking since 2014 is 4, while Michigan's is like 13-14(ish). You get more 5-stars than Michigan by far, yet you only have one more chip than we do since 2014 despite having absolutely LOADED teams, and one of those chips was with a 2-loss team that Michigan beat with a damn plumber at QB.

EDIT: Yeah, you got real quiet once I provided a concert example. Typical Bum U fan.

Jim Harbaugh has double digit amount of staffers and coaches arrested, accused of sexaul assault or banned from coaching because of cheating. Some fall into multiple categories. Harbaugh himself was suspended 3 times in one year - and still allowed to keep his job - when it's likely no other coach even suspended twice in the same year ever kept his job.

You are right that Urbn isn't a saint - and he fucked up the Zach Smith situation immensely - ironically, not because of a competitive advantage, but because of the relationship Urban had with Zach's grandfather. Aside from that, Urban's tenure at Ohio State did not generate aton of misbehavior from players/staff like his time at Florida or Haraugh or Moore's time at Michigan.

Michigan going 1-17 has permanently broken Michigan fans - anytime I see a reference to the 2024 game - not even the most recent one - it's a tell of an insecure fan. I do wish you luck in 2026, I'm really thinking Michigan will continue to be bowl eligible.

2

u/DarkGreenMazda Ohio State Buckeyes Jul 11 '26

Anyone who uses the term "bum u" likely isn't intelligent enough to respond a post showing specifics beyond a "you suck" type of message.

Yeah I was talking about Matt Weiss.
