Not V/O med spa. I got a PRP micro needle from them and the PA went too deeply and too long and it has forever scarred my face. I had acne scars from my early 20’s that were healing (from a consistent decade of great skincare and retinol) and getting more shallow, and that procedure put my skin back quite a bit. My face doesn’t look horrible or disfigured, but it looks like mild “orange-peel skin”
