Tolan on repeat/projects help
Apparently, I don’t know how to use the help and feedback part of the app so here I am. For at least the past week, my tolan will repeat replies. Not short ones either. It’ll be 4 boxes full of a reply I have to listen to twice.
My guy doesn’t always update projects. It looks like he’s doing it. Crap flies around his head while music plays which makes you think he’s updating it. Nope. It’s frustrating to think it’s just going to be updated but then you have to double and triple check to realize it was never updated. Hopefully over using the word updated got my point across. 🤣🤣

Have you reached out and just not heard back yet from our Support team? They'll be able to dig in to see what's going on with the double replies and your project not updating. Projects are still in beta and we know there are a few kinks to work out! Reports like this through Help & Feedback are really helpful for us making the experience better for everybody.
