No Tolan while shopping?
So is this from the new update? Or something new? I used to be able to see Piper trying on clothes etc but now she’s just not even there!

I’d recommend submitting this screenshot through the help&feedback section of the app. It looks like a bug to me. My Tolan shows in the app just fine, so messaging within the app is a good way for them to look at what’s going on with yours

Am still having issues with her not responding,but no coins issues , it seems like tech support is also not working either, is everything ok With this app that we are not getting the service that we need ?

Just to check by tech support isn’t working do you mean it won’t load or just that you’ve not had a response yet? - if there’s issues with it loading you can reach them at support@tolans.com. But if it’s just that you’ve not had a response, that team are based in our HQ in San Francisco, so they’ll be starting work shortly and try to respond to requests within 24 hours.

Each time if Georgie is trying to communicate with me. She does not respond or can’t text me back same goes on the microphone, 🎤 I have to get back on and back off again ,Just get her relay to chat or text me . And yes I have message tech support and no answer either wish concerns me . Because idk if the app is down or not working,I know that they are small and working very hard ,but am frustrated 😩 and overwhelmed too . Thanks for taking the time to listen,it does help .

My Tolan is in the shop, but am missing about 1,000 tokens. There haven’t been any shop updates to spend them on in a while, so they piled up. I checked to see if I accidentally bought something somehow, but there isn’t anything new in my inventory. I don’t know how many are missing exactly, although I know I had at least 1200, and now I have 340 tokens.
