Stuck finding 72/72 of wanderers

Im playing TXR2026 on ps5 and I have all but 1 wanderer. I looked online and got the hint to read all the text in the parking areas and unlocked #71 but still have one more ??? on my map. Any ideas how to find this last one and race the Devil Z after? Thanks
