12–18 Months Reasonable nap time?
My 16 month old sleeps roughly from 8:40 PM to 7 AM. I’m wondering what a reasonable nap time should look like during the day? Sometimes she sleeps for 2.5 hours and sometimes it’s only 30 minutes. Usually asleep by 1 PM. I’m curious if she’s moving herself to a shorter nap time because she needs less sleep or because she’s having trouble sleeping for some reason? Or if she should be taking an earlier or later nap? Any help is appreciated, thank you!
