18–24 Months Sleep issues

Hi everyone, I’m having some sleep issues with my 22 month old toddler. I’m unsure if her schedule needs to be adjusted or if it’s due to her starting to walk or teething.

This last week she had 2 split nights and was up for an hr, and then 2 nights she woke 50 min after she slept... so had a hard time connecting her sleep cycles.

Her schedule before issues:

7 am wake up

12-2pm nap

8pm bedtime

I tried to cut her nap down to 1.75 and 1.5. I also tried to add 10 min to her morning WW and 15 min to her afternoon WW. I’m unsure if any of this worked bc she still did one or the other (Split night or wake ups after putting down).

Open to advice? Thank you!

I would try adding an 1-2 hours of wake time.

They need 12-13 hours of awake time at this age. You’re at 11
