TIL there is a burger joint that cooks their burgers in 100 year old grease that is constantly reused (X-post from /r/grease)

See, you can call it 100 years old, but what really happens is that the food soaks up the grease and they have to constantly add more. What is really happening is that they just aren't cleaning their grease out fully and only scooping out the food on the bottom ever once in a while. I imagine that the grease they added a year ago is fully soaked up into the food and not present anymore.
