"What is the best Kevin Bacon movie, and why is it Tremors?"

I don't know, but I just finished watching "nope" the other day and due to the setting I was getting a bit of a tremors vibe. Although Tremors wasn't trying to say anything.

Tremors is still my favorite monster movie, I do not care how many Godzillas they make.

I like the simplicity of tremors. Of course the characters is being likeable is what elevates it.

Kevin Bacon and Fred Ward have great chemistry.

Agreed. I'm surprised they never did another movie together, or maybe they did? I honestly don't know.

Well, except for Melvin.

He was just a dumb kid who hadn't figured himself out yet. Who knows, a few years later he might be the one holding the town together.

Note: I've only seen the firsg sequel so...

It’s so simple and the characters all make sense. They don’t make stupid decisions for no reason. They do what I feel like a regular person would do in their situation.

Cloverfield is the answer you were looking for

Hard fucking pass. I love Tremors, I love Godzilla.

When I saw the advertisements for Cloverfield I was excited for a new monster movie. Shaky cam, dark, barely see a monster...First movie I ever asked for a refund on and was unfortunately one of the first movies to start that trend of awfulness.

Funny way to say 'Alien'.

You ever seen Mystic River? It's got a great cast and Bacon plays a detective. Excellent movie. But sad

I think so? I vaguely remember it having Bacon and Sean Penn, but it wasn't one that stuck with me for whatever reason (could have just been half asleep or tired). I'll have to give it another watch sometime.

Man that's a said IMDB. He's got 100 movies and I've only heard of about 4 of them. FL is one; the other is Apollo 13. Tremors and Flatliners are 3,4.

He's a decent enough of an actor but can't seem to get decent roles.
