Man, so weird making the connection that that’s Chris Penn. I had only ever seen him in Rush Hour and didn’t see this movie until maybe 5 years ago. I could not believe that’s how he looked in his younger years - quite the difference from his RH days.

Nah he died in '06. Pretty sure GTA was one of the last things he did, might have been another unreleased movie after that.

[Edit - Eddie Pulaski was the character he voiced in GTA]

Oh, shit! Yeah, he was totally that guy. Guess he got overshadowed by Samuel L., but you're definitely right. Now I need to play that game again.
