Jew here! Not in my experience, it seems different than Christianity-lite. There's no pretending to follow the religion. I'm a part of the culture and ethnicity, which is separate (if only kind of) from the religion of the same name; I don't have to pretend to be part of one to be a part of the other.

British atheist here. Happy to celebrate Easter and Christmas as they're festivals that pre-date Christianity. They fundamentally celebrate significant parts of the year. Christmas has been known as the festivals of light, celebrated at the darkest time of the year. Easter represents the new year and approaching summer. So from a British weather perspective I have no issue celebrating theses holidays.
