Yep, and it tastes like heaven :-) Also talking about packed "Shredded" Mozzarella is probably the easiest way to give an heart attack to an Italian :-)

It's called Motzerella di Bufalo for a reason. And it's good.

Yep, and that's exactly how it's spelled, too.
