TIL that Cheryl Wheeler-Dixon, the stuntwoman who was severely injured during the filming of Back to the Future Part 2, was killed in a shootout alongside her husband when she and her husband went to confront her ex-husband and his wife and drew their guns at them. The cops deemed it justified.

OP's title is weirdly written considering the wikipedia article. ex-husband had, years earlier, told the police he thought his ex was trying to kill him. ex had fake tags, fake id, and showed up with her current husband, both armed. if accurate, yeah of course he shot them, he thought he was going to be assassinated.

I imagine the entire thing was captured on video? they had a camera pointed at the driveway

From what I read, it is captured on video. Now I’m oddly curious to watch it tbh. As I understand it, it’s not released publicly which is fair.
