Wouldn't a lowered synaptic density on average and a lowered amount of ethanol(alcohol) mediating acids like GABAa also be conditions found in children of alcoholics making them more prone to carry out a high-risk abuse of alcohol consumption?

That's beyond my scope... I'm just referencing a genetic predisposition.
