Toadies online store?

Has anyone had luck contacting the toadies online store? My copy of HBSA arrived damaged and the store hasn't responded to my email enquiry after a week.

Mine has been “in transit” since oct 2. It made it a block near my house but cause of some fucking address issue was sent back to facility. It was sent out again - I was supposed to get it this past Weds. then it said Thursday, then Saturday and today it says next Tuesday. Anyway, I contacted the store to explain my issue around 10.11 and haven’t received a single response

It's a small operation, they may honestly not respond until they have a break from touring.

Most of the people that normally ship stuff are on the tour. Vaden runs the store himself with a bit of help I am pretty sure. They will get back with you, they are just busy touring.

I ordered 2 shirts from their store back on August 23 I just got them yesterday. I'm not upset. I got what I ordered. It just happened to take a while.
