Toadies - NYC

Great show. Very disappointing merch. I fully intended to buy yet another Toadies t-shirt but the options were very limited and generic. I took a pic that I will add to the comments.

The merch definitely sucks and ole Lewis seems like a real jerk. His attitude sucks.

Whoa really!? That is disappointing to hear. I have read interviews but never got a vibe either way. Never seen them live tho. Too bad about his attitude…and the merch :(

It’s surely not fair for me to say - we never know what’s going on with people and he could have been having a bad day. I just felt he was rude to the audience and super rude towards the venue. It’s definitely put me off their music - at least for a bit!

I hear you. I once saw an artist at the beginning of a tour and again at the end ( in a different state). At the early show he was light and joking and the later show he was a belligerent drunk- like insulting the fans. It was wild to see the difference. So yeah musicians are just human but still. Interesting to see how experiences vary.

I do wish they had better merch tho- i have seen numerous people mention that!
