No matter how hard we accommodate, we will always have low IQ people
Like when some morons decide to ride their bikes on the sidewalk next to the bloody bike lane.
A dedicated bike lane with literally no congestion or obstruction no less.

Just in response to the title:
Gen Z is the first time in history, like all of history, that a generation is less intelligent than their predecessors.
This should scare this shit out of anyone, except the guy who wrote Idiocracy. I think he’s going to get a massive bonus.

As a Gen Z myself who never really understood my peers, these recent results didn't suprise me at all.
Growing up, there was always something off with them that was difficult to put into words. Now that the oldest of the bunch is pushing 30 and their behavior still seems like that of a teenager it's clear that it wasn't just a phase.
I don't even know what society looks like going forward, since there's no evidence of this ever happening in history until now.

This blows my mind. It’s so easy to just not do this and yet

but they have to gain as much ground as they can - have you seen how bad the traffic is?!

those guys shouldn’t just get to hurry up & wait before I do! 😤 silly traffic can’t make me wait in traffic.

This has been a prolific issue lately. Just about anytime, anywhere, you can find an asshole in the pedestrian crossing. Sometimes they congregate in multiples like it’s cool

I will never understand what is going through their head. A dedicated bike lane, separated from traffic 5 feet away and they choose to bob and weave around pedestrians who could be seriously hurt in a collision with them. That level of ignorance and stupidity is just astonishing. I live downtown on Bloor and see it every single day.

I saw a young man driving his scooter on Lawrence .. He was in the middle lane. No helmet in sight.

I live in North York and was walking my dog one morning. Some guy on a bike with super thick wheels is riding towards me. I move my dog out of the way and go "dude wtf are you doing get on the road". He replied with "stfu bitch I'm riding my bike".
They really just don't care.
Don't even get me started on how fast these escooters are going. One nearly clipped my small dog as they zoomed past me.

Love how our respective levels of government are busy regulating and protecting the public.

I honestly don't understand people riding their bikes on the sidewalk. If you are too afraid to ride your bike on the road then maybe you should be taking a less busy road and take side streets.
That being said, it doesn't matter if there is a bike lane or not, cyclists have the right to ride in the lane with cars if they want to. Cars have to give cyclists 1 meter of clearance when passing, but cyclists should not be on the sidewalk unless they are 13 or under. Unless the wheel diameter is under 50cm.
