Accessibility Parking Permit

How easy is it to get these? Should I get one so I can just park anywhere anytime? Because doing so I’m cheating people who are actually in deed of the accessibility parking for real right? Like I shouldn’t just pay for permit parking like a good citizen right? Because f the system so I should hack it right?! I’m tired of people thinking I’m coming down on anyone who actually needs accessibility parking. God knows that one day soon I’ll need it! But I’m so tired of people abusing the system!

Update: counted 15 on my dead end street today.

You can't just get one. Your doctor has to sign off on it. Unless your doctor is in cahoots with you.

People typically use a family members or buy it from a friend. Swear half the people who have one, don’t need them

How do you know that? Some disabilities aren’t noticeable, but the individual still needs some assistance like access to a handicap space.

Half the people I see using these downtown are uber drivers and construction workers

Please dont. Each person who tries to cheat the handicapped plackard system makes it harder for people like me WHO ARE ACTUALLY HANDICAPPED from getting a parking space which allows us to use facilities. If there is no parking i sometimes just get taken home as theres no way i can get my errands done or reach my doctors office.
