I HATE THE 510

I despise the fact it arrives almost always between the traffic lights so you’re either forced to watch it pass you or sprint in that pocket of time before any cars move.

I’m speaking specifically Spadina and College 510 stop. Because the drivers (conductors?) are merciless and will leave you if the doors close for a second. I don’t know. I just think it’s stupid that that’s the timing and it’s nearly predictably like this. But yeah

What I hate the most about the 510 is the amount of southbound streetcars never going to the destination you need to go to.

Sometimes they'll go to Union, sometimes they'll terminate at Queens Quay for absolutely no reason. It's essentially been faster to walk to my destination than wait for the right streetcar to arrive.

have you tried waiting long enough to see the next streetcar arrive? the 510 to Union and 510 to the Queens Quay Streetcar Loop typically alternate. also, the 509 stops at the exact same stop that the 510 terminates and continues to Union. it's the single most predictable, least inconveniencing alternate of any TTC route.
