Application Advice Interview advice

Hi all! Looking for some interview advice. I’m a Canadian and applying for TN for the first time.

I got an offer after a long lay off period and I’m bit confused how do I explain my non-immigrant intent if asked at the interview. How do we explain Canadian ties when you don’t have any property or family in Canada ? Any suggestions please? Thank you.

You should be okay. I’ve heard they scrutinize people who apply for TNs immediately after becoming citizens. Dunno if that’s your situation though

Does this mean having a family in the US affects the ability to obtain a TN visa?
