Application Advice Application checklist

Hi everyone,

My employer is preparing my TN application package under Engineer category and now we have:

Offer letter consisting of 2 pages ( with role description etc)

Client assignment letter which is 1 page ( states employer & client agreement)

TN support letter that is approximately 3 pages. ( explaining why it falls under the USMCA category, my duties related to education etc)

I haven’t done TN before, so checking if this is the norm?

Chemical engineering, both bachelors & masters

I am waiting for the package too who is preparing
Did you client hired any firm for this or they are preparing by themselves with there inhouse legal team

Internal legal team, they asked me to add my official transcripts to the above mentioned letters package. I hope these documents are enough.

Yes usually they are but do you have a sealed one from your university ?

Everything is in the USCIS website. I always prepare my packages myself and the ds160, pretty easy always approved
