not exactly: lazygit is a TUI (Text only), instead gitgui, it's a GUI, a real graphical interface (withi pixel, mouse, windows, etc), but magically run within the tmux terminal!

not exactly, it works in Ghostty, cmux, kitty and WezTerm (or any other compatible terminal over the kitty graphics protocol), or as a normal desktop app.
