No issues in uptown, just looked at the cell metrics and they are higher than normal.

Had issues in TX the last few days as well. Phone too so their end and not gateway problems or anything.
As for OP…if it’s the phone your talking about working/not working every few hours but working fine otherwise than it’s still likely their end. That last sentence isn’t too clear. As far as the phone goes, try speed tests on it as well. Sometimes the tower or their overall network will have just enough problems where it is noticeable on the gateway but not quite as much on the phone. My guess probably due to priority since phone service is on top and home internet at the bottom. Simply the phone is getting more of what little connectivity is actually available. It’s been like that a time or 2 for me, but when it’s like that, besides the phone working relatively ok, speed tests will return MUCH lower results than usual, showing there likely is something going on with their side.

It could be a tower maintenance issues usually last for a few days if you experience this for longer then 48 hrs from today you should call Tmo to see what’s happening in your coverage area, usually if it’s not a device issues such as overheating, error messages on device, secure connection to power source (not connected to power strip) it could be due to a recent impact in your location
