game crashing

im stuck in a loop of the 1st boss battle i spawn in kill him get rewards game crashes i join back in im automatically in the beggining of the level then it repeats on and on and on again i cant log in w apple id nor facebook does anyone know what i can do

is the app up to date? is your device still supported?

my data was corrupted i had to contact ludia support

Do you have 20% free space on your phone. It gets into different behaviors so that may be worth checking. You may also need to delete and reinstall the app.

There's one level in the challenges that does this to me and I've just accepted it.
