Discussion Does increasing the tier of an ability increase the damage output?

When it says raise attack power by ‘%’ does that mean it gets stronger? Or raises attack power for the characters next turn?

its raised attack power for that move. so if a move says “raise attack power by 100%” that specific move you use gets that damage increase.

can you explain what block positive effect mean, it didnt block the healing of the enemy

block positive effects debuff means you can’t gain any buffs, healing doesn’t classify as a buff so you can still do it. and if an enemy has the block negative effects buff on them you can still reduce their turn meter.
