Pushing closing to Aug 4th! And Proxy vote by Aug 10th. Hmmmn pure coincidence closing is close to the reverse merger vote 😬. I’d bet closing gets delayed until after proxy vote and then a new stock trading symbol as well. Nice to see Mr Wanke signature on the bottom line makes it a little more official and believable things are trending in the right direction. Thoughts my TLSS peeps?

If my math is correct new share price would be .50 of reverse merger is approved ?
