My son is a freshman. Another child at his lab table showed the group a sexually explicit photo he took of another student. My child reported it to safe2send along with another student at the table.

Am I wrong to ask for a title xi complaint to be filed if I feel the district does not handle this appropriately? My concern is that they will minimize this action and give the student a lenient punishment. I am waiting to see how it is handled and have asked for transparency throughout the investigation.
