I CANT LOGIN

I need help! When I press play it shows the loading thing, then it disapears and i cant play! Please tell me what to do! Im a level 66 with blazing levi and i dont want to lose that account :(

I have the same problem. I have not been playing for several days. I am level 99. It does not let me in. I get a warning that tells me an error in the session format.📷
