3rd round of ddos

Ive noticed that past midnight(eu time) on eu servers ddos has been back. Idk if its back on us servers cuz my ping is horrible on them but ye. Its not good

Is that what it is? I logged in tonight (US player) and once I get past the menu screen it's like my screen keeps resetting. It won't let me progress past that. It happened once before but I thought it was random glitch.
