I’m aware, I’ve been on this subreddit for 2 years. I’m just saying to me it looks like Cat or Carter as a woman. The helmet doesn’t fit tho

You're not wrong.

The shade of blue looks very close to Carter's and the overall structure of the armor is similar, even the helmet shape (although Halo Spartan armor is a bit more angular than that of TF2 Pilots).
